"9921 Chew Braised Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup $82 HKD The hot drink was a bit small (an additional of $12) and I guess it should be a bit bigger, luckily we also got 7-11 hot coffee. Casual Taiwanese beef noodle in food court style and the amount beef are decent and they were so tender; the soup was also very refreshing and don't feel a bit of MSG in it. Everyone should go have a try if they haven't eaten one for a long time; you wouldn't be disappointed."

"A Taiwanese quick eat that has a good menu selection. While the popcorn chicken rice was mediocre, the beef noodle tasted good."

"Ever since the revitalization of Central Market, it's become a convenient spot for some cheap and high-quality eats. This time we bumped into Chew Taiwan for lunch. ◆Beef Platter ◆Pork Intestine Vermicelli Soup ◆Roasted Beef Noodle Soup ◆Taiwanese Lettuce w/ Minced Braised Pork Mianxian soup was a big bowl with tons of large intestines, mushroom slices and enoki mushrooms inside. Seasoning of the soup was just right. Highly recommending the braised beef dishes! The difference of the beef between the platter and the soup noodle version was mainly the sauce - the platter was served in a spicy sauce with not only beef shank but also beef tendons, tripe and a soft-boiled egg that had absorbed all the flavors of the soy sauce. The beef and tendons were super tender. As for the soup noodles, the beef broth tasted rich and savory."
